Interesting. So of course I had to throw the plane backwards to see what would happen...durn if it didn't apparently lock up the browser. While laughing about how that was kind of an accomplishment in itself, by the time I opened the task manager to kill the process, the game started working again. Weird...
It's kind of bittersweet to get the money from the difficult badges when there's nothing left to buy. Some stupidly expensive hats or something would be a nice addition. Diamond tiara? Or maybe a 401k or stock options so I can get out of this place???
If this is truly your first programming attempt, then stick with it! You obviously have a knack and you're on an excellent start to a career! Quite the interesting game, both on a gameplay level, and also on a psychological one too!
With all these comments, I'm sure this won't be seen, but....
First off, I love this game. I'm not sure why I'm so addicted, but this is my go-to-game on K.
My suggestion though is a way to select multiple soldiers for when I need to move them to a bunker from an air/arty strike. Shift+drag-select or something. Superb game and thanks for fixing my last suggestion to have a way to move the side icons!!!! :-D
I love this game. The only thing still making me mad is that a VERY high ranked spec ops guy will still throw a grenade way short and still kill one of my own guys when nobody else is around? Makes me want to send them to the front and just get rid of them.........
This is actually my first comment on K. Wasn't sure if the author would actually read any of this, but I appreciate his updates so far to improve the game...
This game really grew on me. Having played a while, I noticed:
The rows of icons in the way of any action on the left/right. Programmer point of view, tough to fix, basically just needs to be off the playing board?
Similarly, can't see the pop-up stats of ppl on right due to screen and icons. Needs to pop up to the left of mouse.
Otherwise I'm very much enjoying trying to figure this one out! Nice game!
Madagascar wiped off the face of the planet 1st (and didn't start there)! So beat that mess!
I tried "The Formula" about 20 times before giving up on it. This won't get you the Impossible but it got me Hard (heh)
Pick Parasite, I started in Canada (by fluke)
Immediately bought level 1 cold, heat, moisture
as you can buy them, get all the transmissions
next get heat and moisture 2
Here's the amusing part, Madagascar closed the port, I was pissed, waited to see what would happen and....Madagascar infected!
Gub's started vaccine, so next buy all 4 levels of Drug resistance
all countries infected
at this point I just randomly bought things to infect and kill as I could afford them. My choices in this order:
sores, fatigue, boils, depression, hemorrhaging, hypersensitivity, and at the very end of the game vomiting
So hopefully that'll help, if it works, copy paste and credit ME, MALIZZLE! :D
