Playing the first level, I was like "wtf? this isn't bullet hell... then by the 2nd level I was like "woah woah careful there" and by the 3rd level I was like "omg omg omg omg" and finally by the 4th level I was shaking my fist at kupo707.
I hope you do know that you are allowed to change formation BEFORE the fight. It's how you put the melee characters in front and put the squishy range characters at the back. You're either ignorant or blind or retarded to complain about that.
Gold is for buying and selling items. Unless you pick the "attrition" option, you will randomly get a teleport scroll in drops or treasure chests. In my recent game, I managed to find a scroll at level 1.
Arg! Great rpg system. I really want to master it but I get nauseous after playing it for 5 minutes. Can you make another game with the same mechanics and classes but make the graphics a bit like monster's den or enchanted cave? I really want to play it but it's just so... hard. @_@
I still love this game. I wish the devs will make another more balanced sequel. The story was cliche but still funny. It's alerady quite easy... I've ranked #1 and have already beaten the mysterious hermit by year 219.
To those that says "rogue is broken", have you guys tried placing him in the front? Characters equipped with melee weapons (except spears) can not attack from the back row. Also, some skills need a melee weapon to work. "Create Opening" and "Sneak Attack" both need melee weapons to be used.
Sigh. I have gotten the teleport scroll as early as level 2. You can get more scrolls at higher levels. Just keep on playing and make sure explore every bit of the level instead of using the exit everytime you find it. It's not that hard to get the easy badge unless you have adhd.
Jeez don't you guys read at all? To sell something, you need to go to the emporium which is an item shop. To be able to go there, you need a teleport scroll which is an item. And BenQ3000, I dont know how you judge "good games" but this definitely is one. One of the reasons it has 7 mil views in this site alone.
Good game. Short, but good. I mostly killed everything using the pistol though. Challenging boss fights in the room before the survivor would have been better.
good game mechanics, great graphics but I found the fun factor quickly diminishing the longer I played. It's just number crunching that becomes different the character level grows.
@Frapmans The heroes appear at your home base (the white flag that you start with). I'm not sure if they appear randomly or only appear after x turns. Once you get 5 recruit-ables, make sure to shoo some out so that you'll have space for other heroes to come in. Sometimes new heroes won't appear after missions sometimes they do, though not very sure.
