Wow this was a fun one :D at everyone who thinks it's dumb, you're only complaining because you lost, don't understand it, or are lazy bums. It's not flawed YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO NOT HAVE MONEY. it's part of the challenge stupids. To add to that, if you're wondering how it passes from state to state when you block off one thing or another, did you block roads, did you ban all travel, did you shut down all ports? and even still, your blocking roads times out eventually so stop complaining already.
