I usually refrain from commenting stuff like this, but to those complaining about how hard the game is: It isn't hard. You just suck. Seriously, I intentionally missed the entire solo of In Your Eyes and I still got silver. SILVER. Two thirds done the easy badge and I just didn't do the hard part of the song, which is laughable to something like, oh, I don't know, the last four songs available. I perfected this game 5 years ago on a stupid old POS that lagged to hell and back. Contrary to what you say, there is a little wiggle room with the notes-you can be a bit early or late. It isn't pixel-perfect; otherwise it would really be impossible. If I could get 56 award points back in 2012, you can get 3 in 2017. Just be glad they didn't give you the medium badge on SCGMD2. Harder game, plus you have to perfect a song for that one.
This is an exceptionally well-made game. The only issue I had was that it was sometimes unclear whether or not I could use the switches that you turn, and that it lags horribly on Chrome. But I guess that's just part of the challenge, and I just used Firefox anyway.
As a drummer, I did well, and intentionally failed. And then instincts kicked in to not speed up or slow down. I have now become terrible at this game. Don't throw a chair at my head.
Hard mode is all 45 countries in 2 minutes. I did it, but it's stupid hard simply because it's not knowing the countries, it's typing really fast. As a geography nerd, 5/5, and, as many have said before, Africa and Asia. If possible, do a Pacific Islands one (it would be crazy) and a worldwide one (it would be crazier) as well.
Well. This game is quite possibly the worst I've played in a long time. I've made some comments on games that I didn't like, but at least they worked. Where the hell do I start? Well, the game has a badge. In fact, it's the lowest rated game on Kong with one. This is why: I have no idea what is going on. It's pretty simple: match 3 or more balls, the balls disappear. Repeat until all balls are gone. Except the game randomly gives game overs on level 3, the level required to beat to get the badge. This makes it nigh-on impossible to get the badge, as I can't see any connection between game overs and anything else in the game. I understand that a game like LightSprites would have badges; it was badged in 2007, when Kong was pretty young. But this is from February 2013. Why did Kong badge this? Who thought this was a good idea? How the bleeding F*CK did this get the minimum rating for badges? Lots of the early comments are pretty negative. How did this...I'm at a loss for words.
That was a very good challenge. Good job making this game; I can't find a single fault in it. Very hard, but, of course, very satisfying when completing a level. 5/5 and favourited.
So I finish level 1, and I think it isn't that bad. Then I start Level 2, and see the alternating spikes, but finish. Then I start level 3, and panic. Because now the spikes move within the circles. But I finish it. Then I start level 4. And I immediately close the game, and go do something else.
Yeah...so once I was going so fast, I was heading for a jump and didn't notice it until it was too late. But it didn't matter. I just went straight through the thing.
If you read the description it says that this was made in four hours, we had time for this tiny bad game but would never have time for a decent project.
Real drums are much easier than this; although I did manage to make this: 015h025k033h039k046h053k061s061h070k076h083k090h097k103h110k117h118s126k132h138k145h153k159h167k173h173s182k188h194k201h208k216h226k228h229s238k245s245h253k260h268k275h283k290h301s301h308k313h323k328h336k342h350k356h356s365k370h378k384h392k398h406k413s413h420k426h433k440h446k453h460k466h467s474k481h482s488k497h503k511h518k525h525s534k541h547k553h559k566h573k580h581s589k595h602k608h616k623h628k637h637s645k652h658k666h672k680h687k692h692s699k705s705h713k720h728k7
Wait, I saw the Sydney Opera House at least three times in one playthrough...A simple search of Google Maps tells me that the shark must have gone up the harbour, back down it, and back up again multiple times.
