Extremely disappointing, I am sure you could have held a player's interests without changing or cheating them out of their game(s). After all, it's just tic tac toe.
Developer, Marz here! Seems you have quite a fan club started with your game, Kongrats! Interesting game play, I am unable to comment on any music or FX at this time, they are inoperable. Perhaps a color-blind mode? Pink and purple seem very close in shade to those who possess this difficulty. All items considered, I give you 3/5 (room for improvement).

ColorBlind... I didn't know that! As i never had made any game before, i'm finding many accessibility issues that I never thought before. I will google it right now, but could you explain to me what should I do to make the game more accessible to those who have this condition?
Developer, quite a unique little game, love the background and Mr Penguin there is sure persistent! Fun game. Very addicting to say the least! That being said, though unfortunately my speakers are inoperative at the moment so I am unable to comment on any music or FX. Stuck on level 22 (w/12 arrows) I was able to get 1-5 in order, after that, tried every button to no avail. I am missing /something/... (obviously), however at the moment at a stand-still. Please Help! -Marz
LEVEL 29: Much like 19 though a bit more complex, consentrate on the top left, clearing the way so you can change colors, you will need to change color often so try to have as little as possible towards the bottom, equally important, do not go for the obvious!

SAVING your game: Before y'all exit, bring your game up one more time, like you are going to play it. Exit to your Kongregate account (via your user name). Sometimes the 'Menu' will not save. -Hope this is helpful!
There is one sheep, could have made the sheep with a little more character at least. I am sure you can come up with additional features for your game to keep gamers satisfied?
If someone wants to sleep, I should hope they do not sit in front of their computer and count sheep!! Jeez.
That being said, I will give you 2 1/2 stars and up it to the next whole number, being 3 stars. (Room for /much/ improvement).
