Turning Mouse Keys on has a special feature that allows you to double click with the + button on the right side of your keyboard. To do this, press Alt shift numlock and press numlock until it activates. Hover your mouse to the ore then press +.

One of the best farming levels would be 7-1 with gold and platinum ore, a low hp enemy hero and lots of gold.
