Not trying to criticize the effort in making this, but this isn't a story telling game, it's a story telling chore. You literally just walk to the left, mash 'E' and Space, then move right, mash 'E' and Space in a loop. You could have easily made it just a click-to-progress interactive story or at least made 'E' also progress the story or Space also interact with the objects.
I really want to give this game 5 stars. I also would like to be able to progress passed the second wall before 2016 ends. Slow-grind economics, freemium ad revenue (that doesn't work half the time) and pay-to-win has this game struggling to be as good as it's predecessors.
How about those monsters that keep getting stronger as you get stronger? Nothing says, 'stop playing this' like mobs that seem to gain perks as you do.
Income doesn't match upgrade costs in mid-to-late game. It gets to the point where you're switching one weapon for every 4 to 5 levels unless you grind heavily on an already repetitive game.
If your city downgraded it's because someone who was in your city left and took all of his/her investments with them. All investments in the city are tied to individual players to prevent players from being stuck in an inactive city.
