It appears that my controls are being stupid. I will fix that but in the mean time heres what to do: jump with the up arrow key and when the blue skateboard touches the red part of the lever hit cntrl. I hope this helps!
I myself found a glitch:
after level 9 they flash and appear only in the corners and you can earn an infinite amount of pionts. So I stopped at 81600 :-)
