Easy after you buy the AK47, but to make it quicker 1. DON'T BUY ANYTHING UNLESS ITS A REVOLVER AND UZI UNTIL YOU HAVE AK47!!! (its hard, stay stocked on med-kits) 2. when you level up, upgrade these first (Health, Money, EXP, Reload) those are MOST IMPORTANT 3. ONCE you BUY AK47, use medkits ALWAYS when your health is under 50, once ur max health is 200, under 100, when its 250, 150... etc
