This game would be even more amazing if players would be able to put their own questions in the game, which would maybe stop people from getting repeated questions, and it would just be fun overall. Maybe to stop wrong questions from entering the game the answer has to be checked by 5 different people before being put in the game or so. I don't know if people would be up for that (and if it's possible to make) but if so, I for one think it would be great :)
"At the bottom of the crate you find a Chainmail! Nice!" *2 seconds later* "A thief sneaks into your cargo and steals a Chainmail!" ...Well that was useful.
This game nearly made me cry out of pure true-ness. Everything in this game is just so true: doesn't everyone want to change things around them, to make them work out the way theyw ant it to? Doesn't everybody fail at that? And this very game made me realise that you indeed have to think bigger... It's just so wonderful. 5/5.
Sometimes the trophies are a bit bugged... Somehow world 10 in advanced mode was already open without me doing anything in advanced mode, so i completed it, and there- i got the trophy for 100 medals, while i have like no medals at all. Also, i world 7, i didn't even pick up the powerup, but it didn't give me trophy for it. Other than that, it's a great game that dragged me along, 5/5.
One of the most original concepts i've seen in a while. I've enjoyed it from the beginning to the end, it wasn't too frustrating but not easy enough to just fly through. I love games like this, kudos :D
I absolutely love this game. Why? People complain that there are no upgrades, but guess what? The parachutes, the daggers, the double jumps and such, they ARE the upgrades, we just get them all at the beginning. I'm sure some people would grind for a while getting all those upgrades to then play properly. Here we can all start playing properly immediatly! 5/5 for that. And for an epically addictive game.
THis game seriously starts to get more enjoyable once you clear the obstacle called The Hard Badge. At the moment where there is nothing more to go for, there really is no stress and no rage on the moments you get 59.45, just a simple yet somewhat addictive game. It might not appeal the first times you play, but hey, replay value is important, and i sure as hell come back to this game pretty often.
The biggest troll ever is when you complete the last achievement, get to the ceiling in that same try, and then it says that you need to complete all the achievements. -_-'
I only see one problem with putting: Sometimes the putting line comes up, while it is impossible to actually put the ball in that shot. I even once got the putting line while i couldn't even see the hole. Then again, sometimes when i'm positive i can get there with the putting line, the normal line comes up. A solution to that would be that you could have some button to change styles so that those problems don't occur. Otherwise, great game!
Guys... All of your questions on SSL2 are pretty much on that site that you come on when you click "ShellShock Live 2 development", which is shellshocklive2.com . The only thing i didn't find on there was when SSL2 is going to be out, but i heard that it was about september. So, i hope this answers some questions, rate up so people don't keep asking the same thing over and over again.
@lilkautzman: Every time where you go to a different screen, autosave saves your game. It doesn't after a fight though. So when you have to complete two battles in one screen to advance, and you lose on the second one and don't save manually, you will have to start from the beginning of the screen, meaning you will have to do the first battle again anyway. It's just a matter of seeing when the game saves :)
@andyheld: The problem with those parachute-pigs is that they are actually still alive and that they will become troopers when landed, which then have to be hit again to be killed. This is mentioned nowhere in the game. Although, the last upgrade in that set (rump roast-costs 75,000) will cause them to explode on impact and thus not surviving.
You betcha! Chris has it all available on bandcamp: http://chrishurn.bandcamp.com/album/dillo-hills-2-ost
