We don't offer a hard reset, because we'll continually be adding new content to the game. You can start over by making another Kong account, or playing somewhere else, but the best way to learn the game is to play it.
Hi folks... I can't repro the load bug ever myself, so I added a bunch of loading information to loading screen. Please help me out by telling me what is on the screen when you get stuck at loading. Maybe even send me a screenshot? Is the loading screen animated? Does reloading the page ever work to fix the problem? Thanks!

Hopefully is fixed now, I think the constant controller click animation slowed the game down.
