@LordOfTheSickle - An educated guess, the arena needs decks for you to play against, but fewer players are rebuilding their decks. So it's full of decks that have gone past 1 HP and become invalid.
01/31 nbm - I can't get my collection above my ammo cost + 1, so adding each collector increases the deficit too much to recover. I want a collection of 2.0 before anything starts firing.
