I've been on level 20 for what seems like forever, but can't get near 900 guests. How do I get more guests? I picked a spot with high purchasing power and as much of everything else I can.

How do you maintain the elevator??? The only thing I have been able to do the whole game is just wait for the elevator to burn out, then I have to deal with a bad rep for days.
