Playing this again in 2012! Last time was in 2009, cookies were still alive! :)
But I seem to have only played 8 challenges. Guessing I wasn't that thoughtful back then. Finished now. :P
This game has a lot of potential... it is a shame it's been left at this stage. I like this tile robot programming style, however this one in particular has a couple of interesting ideas that makes it quite more entertainment-sustaining than others. First, the idea of the pattern-comparing rules. Very intuitive once one understands the overriding system, and somewhat more fun than plain step-by-step or even coding programming. Second, the robot creating. Simple, but well thought/implemented, given that reproduction and puzzles are hard to combine in games like this.
Unfortunatelly, the interface/managing of rules is pretty painful.
Dragging-dropping symbols takes a lot of time, there's no way to order the rules, and no way to save your programms or SHARING THEM (!).
I'd totally enjoy a Vibrots 2...
Based on vulcan95's theory, I figured out a couple of things:
We assume the speed is given in degrees/frame (this is incorrect). So a speed of 45 would mean it would take 8 frames (360/45) for a stick to make a full revolution. A straight line is drawn from the stick's tip to where it was in the previous frame, so we end up with an octagon drawn. However, the speed system is not as intuitive: as vulcano92 stated, after 180º (180.1º would do) the speed is reversed. This is because the creator used the arctangent of the divided position (atan(x/y)) of the stick's end. So vulcan is right, because (arctan(x/y)) for any angle between 180º-360º is calculated 180-ANGLE (negative number).
Speed examples of numbers from 0 to 180:
45 -> 45º/frame
100 ->100º/f, etc
Numbers between (excluding)180-360
190 -> -170º/f
200 -> -160º/f
270 -> -90º/f, etc
PS: Using numbers outside the range 0-360 IS COMPLETELY POINTLESS! The number 90 works the same as 450 (90+360), 810 (90+360+360), etc. Try it out!
I'm probably just not understanding the mechanics of the game, however I seem to be able to re-buy some of the upgrades at the shop. This only eats my money and doesn't give me anything... or does it? Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong? Answer please!
Ah, Tapir! This is MCC here. So, you've released it finally! Great job!
There are a couple of interesting puzzles I haven't seen on your CI3 thread on the forums.
The first levels are sort of a hand-on-the-chin levels, for not saying boring... ;)
But the rest does are quite fun. Still liking the truck, the planet and the water levels. =)

By the way, I highly recommend people who likes physics and making games to check upon phyard. CI3 is nothing compared to the large amount of possible games/just-4-fun things you can make. There are some truly outstanding games made by our users in there, and 2 years and a half of interesting posts in CIF (Color Infection Forum) to see (you can't sign in CIF, though). Check it out.

Mmm... I solved all the levels in less than one 45 minutes.
What happened with the brain-killer creator of Teleporter Twins?
Still fun anways! :P
This shootorial is excellent! I'm finally starting to understaned how flash games work and how to make them. Now I'm having a small problem with the collision hero-enemy, when the first enemy ship collides with the hero, the explosion animation is constantly being created while both ships are touching, and the enemy keeps going to the left instead of being destroyed. But after that, the collision works fine with all the other ships.
HELP! What am I doing wrong?
