This game is so much fun xD I could stare at my workers grabbing resources all day long. Especially since your soul collection rate, population, everything basically just goes up exponentially after a while. For me it's gone to the point where I either have very few souls(just spawned like 2 thousand new population) or i'm overloaded with them(enough to upgrade speed 20-30 times. ._.)
Amazingly fun, looking forward to the end product.
From what I played, 10% risk is pretty low, I rarely ever lose anyone to 10% risk, 15-20% though is a completely different question. ... then again, I once lost my nightmare mode scientist on a 4% scout mission and had to restart xD; Wonderful game though management of useless buildings gets to be a chore once you start expanding in like 10 different spots at the same time.(not hard to do once you've taken a few policestations/fortified malls)
Always love Godlimation productions, they're always fun to play albeit somewhat repetitive in terms of combat.
Plot was interesting, writing was pretty good, VA is amazing(although Amea is very soft compared to the male voices.), cameo of Inglor surprised me a bit. 5/5 for me.
@Toranja, that is because you leveled up between trophy visits, your skill's boosts are based on your level and updates when you enter into the trophy room.
As for an actual answer, the gold thing is fairly new, Colino said they'll be used for SOMETHING eventually. For right now though, it's just a pretty number to collect ;P
reminds me of bug wars... personally the game was alright, it would have added more strategy if there was more +x planets instead of generally your base and your opponent's bases being worth +3 and everything else being +1, which resulted in a mad dash to try and grab the opponent's bases before yours is taken.
Balance wise, I have to say that Temples in general is a bit underpowered. They level extremely slowly in comparison to the other towers(particularly Evileye temple due to earning 1 exp per attack) so you'll rarely(if ever) have maxed out Evileye temples. in addition burning corpse is quite weak considering the burning temple and ballista dens are a more reliable and powerful source of area of effect damage.Imo, A quick fix would be to allow them to earn 2 exp(assuming both basic training and Demon Lord are maxed) per attack and simply raise the exp caps for temples instead as it is now, the best way to earn exp is to spam frenzy when a boss is in range of a temple/evileye temple(burning temples acquire exp at a decent pace).
@Mizekel, you can instead opt to use Temples along with the skill adoration (right one down one from Basic Training). This allows temples to grant you 20 mana each time they are built.
Spam 5 meteors(hold shift), build 5 temples(again shift~) and cast another meteor. Fried Ninja Champion ^^
I have to say, this would be a nasty sport irl. XD;
I mean I can just imagine the coach telling him mvps to toss the ball at the keeper. If he catches it, TACKLE THE HECK OUT OF HIM! XD;
Easy game, no real reason to stay in one place too long as moving on nets you enemies which are as easy to kill with much better exp.
Personally, I'd suggest concentrating on passive/defensive skills. Your basic slash and the upgraded one right below it are powerful enough to get you through the whole game without much(if any) difficulty.
The secret character, i've yet to play...
Question, why is it so important to force yourself to go to the next area so quickly?
It's an idle game, set it up, click on the skill button every once in a while and leave it alone. The game is plenty fun for those who don't actively try to play it :P
I still love this game though the nightmare gets pretty hard to dodge VERY quickly.
Newgrounds has a next to impossible badge for this as well... doing it with only the starting stats... THAT was just... wow.
