I just crafted 100 picks in a row 11 gems...and all of them were duds. I'd upgraded blacksmith before that, and the current pick I have has pretty low stats. Why can't it be a bit easier to get better equips?
Part 2, Now is your chance to recover, Natz will be near invincible as long as you keep the worms and claws dead. Do not Seiken, beserk him. If he goes fire, change Lance to Red Jacket and Super Snipe, Natz to Flame skirt and red ribbon, Matt to Blizzard. Re-poison him. Continue as planned, but with Iceberg in place of Seiken and shockwave in place of airstrike. if thunder, re-plan accordingly. When he goes back to dark/holy, follow guide till he's dead. Won using just 4 coffees, 0 pizzas, but a lot of BUFF SPELLS! Don't use on epic mode, it's retarded.
All skills and levels max. Give Lance his fully upgraded starting outfit, along with Super Snipe and open with God Hand, Matt the Nazi outfit and Heaven's Gate (Blizzard backup),and Natz Pope outfit and Seraphim, although Obsidian is also acceptable. Have anti-fire and thunder backup clothes, not weapons. Now keep on fleeing Akron until his elements are only in this order: 1, 2, 3, or 4. dark, 2, 3, or 4. holy, and 3 or 4.fire/thunder. Dark and Holy damage can not hurt or will heal Matt/Natz. You need Lance's airstrike and medipack autospawns. Let Natz go first, Kyun. Matt uses Cleaver, and Lance Oblivion. Then have Natz Bless, and continue doing this every time it runs out. When you take a big hit or lose a man, revive w/ Natz, or coffee if she's down. Spam Seiken and Airstrike. Then after he changes to Holy element, reuse limit breaks after changing Matt to Black Fang, and use Nuke with Lance. Poison Spam him.
As you can probably see, Akron is f***ing hard of easy mode, and there are hundreds of strategies in the comments. Mine may not work for you, but it did for me quite well. It's kind of unorthodox.

. Its sequel is on Steam, you're supposed to understand the history of the characters and warm up to them in 1+2. Also, I see you haven't made any games yourself, genius. And if your reason for 1 star was being an RPG hater...don't play RPGs in the first place.
