Alright... First off: nice little game. I have used the pill exactly 0 times to complete a level, which makes it more a jumping-game/platformer then a puzzle game.
Good luck, but I kinda see why it was abandoned.
Presents disappear when they hover over the basket too long, while it would be caught again. Please only remove presents when they touch the ground for instance.
"Sir, the conquest fleet is ready"
"Good, Engineer, do they explode as instructed?"
"Yes Sir, but I must warn that this does not help in the conquest"
"I do not care, Engineer, make it so... oh by the way, could you make them drop packets helping the defendants?"
"Well, yes Sir, we could, but..."

Alright, where to start...
First up: it's the right arrow, not the left arrow...
Second: one button, no control on orientation makes it next to impossible to "grab" everything, since some would require making a wheelie for instance.
third: one level takes (at least) 5 minutes, just pedalling, having one buton pushed down and grabbing points (which don't really serve a function, besides being points.
fourth: when crashing: what happens? It bounced around the screen while going down hill, no bump nothing.
Lastly: the idea is grat, but the execution "so-so".
actually the Instruction is missing because of (<-) this it got split i will add it
Second: i will ad JUMP function it was actually for android i ported it to HTML5 so in android you only have limited touch buttons
Third:I will fix the camera
