just beat vermillion bridge. at the end of the level i had a energy tactician at the tip of the bottom paved areas, a fire archer on the bridge, and a energy rogue at the tip of the top paved areas. you have to level up your guys accordingly. try to get the warrior near the end leveled up first, but dont ignore your other guys since you can get overwhelmed if you upgrade the wrong guy. this map takes a lot of trial and error.
fun game. just pretty hard when you're starting out. i think the starting config of your ship needs to be changed. my ship doesnt have room to transport cargo and it doesnt have enough firepower to destroy/protect other ships.
after you conquer japan and the bugs come at you, the most potent combo is 5 or so snipers, and everything else samurai. put both on WILL immediately and when all your samurais get killed use the zeus powerup to revive 60% of them. you might have to defend for a while before you can attack an island. never attack without a full army. hope that the bugs dont use zeus with a full army with a lot of the grey bugs. use three full armies to kill the boss. make sure you kill all accompanying bugs first, especially the long range bugs. then you should have the boss alone after you attack with your last army. good luck
really good game. well balanced and aesthetically pleasing. if you make a sequel (which you totally should) maybe add more defense weapons, a vaster array of enemies, the ability to choose a target to focus on, and some other stuff to make the game more in depth and longer. 5/5
to be more specific, i beat him by knocking him down close to 990K and then used the ice stun on him. then i used my best attacks on him to knock him well under 990K. then when he regained consciousness i hit him with subversion. this way if my buds attacked him while hit with subversion he wouldnt regain to more than 990K HP, if that makes sense
cool game. ...suggestions for further additions:
the ability to summon a god/hero for each race that has super good stats and can attack in multiple lanes.
flying units that can only be hit by ranged units.
more magic units.
more elite units.
of course all this would require a bit of rebalancing and would risk over-complicating the game, but theyre just ideas.
