Saying "Don't rate down" Is almost as bad as saying "Please rate up so I can make top comments." If you make a bad comment, it will get rated down, and if you make a good one, it will get rated up.
How to equip something you have too low stats to equip.
1. Have somebody enchant you with a metamorph (any stat boosting enchantment will work)
2. Equip the item, and enjoy! It will continue to work, regardless of when the enchantment wears off. + so others can see
