It is odd that you didn’t get 5 skill pts but are you sure you did all 5 levels? When a level is complete you should go back and check and highlight over the village to see if you have a asterisk. The asterisk indicates that you finished a level. If you still see that you haven’t gotten the skill pts. but finished the level, the last resort would be to start a new game.
