2/5 -- same comments as below: the ball isn't quite vertically aligned where the snake is, so sometimes it looks like you should hit it and you don't. Ball in the edges and corners is MUCH harder than everywhere else, so either don't put them there at all, or only start doing it later in the game.
2/5 The computer cheats: it can move faster than you can, that's the only reason it's competitive. I've always disliked games where it looks like the computer players are supposed to be "fair" but the game is tuned by giving them extra speed or points or whatever.
I had exactly the same problem as Dobbison. It was fun until then, though.
I would like it if there was some kind of pause or animation when you die or get to the next level, because I'm always having problems with still having a key pressed down and immediately taking off in a bad direction when I start the level.
This game looks hauntingly familiar...
I'd like to see more of your own pieces and less copied from the shootorial, otherwise you've got a game that's exactly like all the other tutorial-based side scrollers.
This is almost a really good game. I like the rotation aspect. I don't like how jerky the enemy movement is, and the fact that some places I hold the mouse my satellite wobbles back and forth.
Fun little game. It may just be because I've got a lot of other stuff running right now, but sometimes it misses mouse events, so the button's down but my 'copter is still plummeting towards the ground. Anybody else have that problem?
