To get highest rank (i.e. level 8 in all 3 skills), fastest way is to go straight to canyon boss. Keep your sword at level 1 and just raise armor first. Then beat the crap out of canyon boss until he's almost dead, leave the room and come back again and he'll be full health. Rinse and repeat. Can max out in like 30 minutes.
How do you find the path to hell? I've completed all the dungeons I can see and cannot find anymore. Thinking I just have to build all buildings to level 5?
You can get ships to attack other planets by pointing them towards the planets and having the planets in range. To orient ships, when you click on a destination, hold down the left mouse button and drag it in the direction you want the ships to point.
One of the hardest games on Kongregate but finally won! If you're not the rushing type it's possible to win at a relaxed pace. Make first two planets research, then skip next 3 planets and conquer middle 3 at more or less same time and make them fortresses (these planets co Then go back to the closest set of 3 planets and make them 2 research and one commercial. Churn out those big gray battleships (cost 5 each) and the shield/repairer ship (cost 5 each), and hide them behind the fortresses. Conquer side planets and make them commercial and just keep building up your fleet of only those two types of ships. 1 shielder/repairer and 3 big battleships can usually take out any attackk.
A bit too easy once you know how. Beat it in 30 days. Just get unit upgrades than strategy upgrades and go for samurais when you have the cash. Trick is to conquer as fast as possible as it gets you more money in the long run. You don't need gren giants to beat the final boss, just 25 samurai on each of the 3 islands.
