They are accurate. It is just bad luck, and the simple fact that people tend to remember bad luck far more than good luck when it comes to percentages in games.
One of the main things I would like, aside from more legendary monsters more often, is a way to "upgrade" your equipment at the shop. By this I mean a way to increase an item to the level you wish. For instance, for 500 gold per level, you could increase a level x item to an identical level y item, with all the stats and other perks that level y item would have if you got it from an enemy. As an example, upgrading a level 10 item to a level 27 item would cost 8,500 gold.
The 1st campaign has no Journeyman Stone. The 2nd campaign, however has 1 Fearsower per level, which drop fragments. Get 9 of these, then double-click them.
The "Temporary becomes permanent" altar gives stat boost potions. They permanently boost either strength and endurance by 5, or intelligence and dexterity by 5. You get 2 of these potions, either 2 of one type, or one of each.
Fantastic game. Only problem is the Creature Lore doesn't seem to work. There is no increase in damage on a creature affected by it compared with an unaffected creature, which since the effect of the skill is a decrease in damage resistance, you would think there would be. 5/5
