Anyone else having problems with towers getting deleted randomly when you click an upgrade? Had it happen a few times, thought I accidentally clicked delete so I became very careful of where I'm clicking - NOPE, sometimes when clicking an upgrade, the tower gets deleted instead. I've only noticed this with heavy lag though (from calling waves early) - this is fairly annoying, don't know if there's a way to fix this (maybe a prompt, which can be enabled/disabled by the player, which pauses the game and asks the player to confirm they want to delete a tower?).
This game earned a 1 in my book. Very frustrating, hardly fun. If not for the achievements I wouldn't have played it at all. The controls are crap and if you take those away or if you don't even bother trying to control them, then there's no point in even watching the fight. This game needs a major overhaul of the controls.
Tried this game months ago - extreme lag that screwed up my computer BAD (and I have a new, high-end computer). Came back to see if it was fixed. So disappointed. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!
By the way, I've decided that this epic...nay...godly Remote Control be called the "Weapon of Mass Extinction". I shall no longer refer to it by its former, given name.
Maybe I'm a bit critical, but generally speaking if I thought a game was good and entertaining I give it a 4/5. It needs to really do something to make the game memorable and or have a great deal of enjoyable gameplay, or needs something that makes it leave the competition in the dust.
A Rocket-Powered Flying Cyborg T-Rex with a Rocket Launcher, a Machine Laser Cannon, Decorative Wings, a Menacing Eye, a Terrifying Fly-By-Biting Attack, and Unlimited Ammo (at least for the Rocket Launcher) all controlled with the push of a single, large red button on a remote...THAT'S PRETTY FLIPPING MEMORABLE!!!
5/5, you guys rock!
This game WOULD be great, but since Flash has poor ability to sync audio to actions, and additionally that often the notes don't line up to the audio, once you take into account internet lag, there's just no playing this game. I was thankful I could make it to the medium achievement, but seriously - easy is hard enough, on top of the innate problems of playing a guitar hero game as a flash app on the internet. Sorry, it's an amazing idea and is much appreciated, but I can't give this game a good rating - too many design flaws.
