I have one complaint about this game: it doesnt have a full screen mode. I've only beaten the first area, but so far it looks better than the original. 5/5
When it says zone 4 is hard it means it. The first guy can cast a spell that is guaranteed death the next round if you dont disspell it and has 8000 health- not too much, but enough to ensure the spell will be used a few times.
Extending on Marvaddin's and plaplante's ideas, I have additional tips that allowed me to get 100k when eggs took 13 turns to hatch. 1, you dont have to use vampiric touch on blackies- any color will do. Because of this, avoid either blue or black, whichever is more common. 2, it is fine to get singles or doubles of your currently avoided color only if that color spell needs charging. 3, if you are desperate, you dont need to use transform before you use vampiric touch, nor do you need to go after the largest group. 4, use the black spells to go after golden eggs. When you kill a group that takes up over 2/3 of the level, you want to have as much time before the next hatch as possible, since odds are 3+ golden eggs will appear. 5, use vampiric touch as soon as possible unless you have over 25 health or you will inevitably create a yellow shortage.
At least make the names more culture neutral. I understand theres Filipino influence in this game, but many countries arent used to hearing names such as "Nanay Liwayway"
Why is it that not only do the boomerangs not return but you also have to reload them? Sure I understand you need to reload because they dont return, but theyre boomerangs! They should return!
