The number is how many pieces you need to get rid of to clear the level safely. This is a bit unclear right now though. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for the comment!
0/5 ... The energy thing sucks. At 3 minutes per +1 of energy, I have to wait 75 minutes of not playing the game. And every level up consumes more energy per attack. That's absolutely worthless.
5/5 kinda fun game. Only comment: If you click next wave quickly after the end of the previous wave, the wave stats still appear for a good five seconds or so. Kinda distracting.
Sure, we ran out of development cash.8( If this goes well the first part in the trilogy will have 4 levels and new features. (btw If you replay you keep the money and upgrades you had from the last game.) -Leigh
For the type of game that this is...it is actually well done. Only one complaint: after selecting a group of units and issuing a move command, a second move command should not deselect the group of units.
One other thing...This may be contributing to the "slowness" -- occasionally it looks like there is a layering issue where one of the mobs is on another layer. This gets confusing...
A couple of things -- the scaling for leveling up seems a bit long getting towards level 10. Also it would be nice to know how many bugs are left in the level. In later levels it takes a long time to complete a day and I never know how much time is left.
4/5 ... The only reason why I didn't give it 5/5 is because the controls are a little sloppy. When the treadmill changes direction or when the game speed increases, it's not always apparent where things are at and with WASD only it's very hard to respond correctly to the event. Also, the wind speed -- there is no wind indicator. Plus...I must have had a psycho in the machine because I kept getting +1 to everything inside of 5 spins. What hat? I never saw any hat!!
