This is a good game, but it could have been greatly improved by less tedious walking (like when you have to constantly click the end turn and move all buttons when no enemies are on screen) and weighting some of the skills like damage or x2 to make the game more of a challenge.
I feel like the sargent training books should have come from the training grounds, so we could craft the books and the troops they boost simultaneously.
I think there should be different game mechanics for reinforcements. The timer on their disappearance should be based off of when they are idle, so that the game prevents stacking of reinforcements at the base, and prevents them from going on lunch break while fighting.
if a miniboss consistently hits 1s on you, there should be some sort of "one hit kill" option, especially in NM zones where the dmg cap on hits makes minibosses six or seven hit kills.
You can just hold the 20 button, then click the right mouse button. This will keep the 20 button down as long as that menu is up, so you don't have to hold the button.
"oh, we've been on this floor 15 times and we know where the traps are but we're just gonna step on them again for fun!" It's a bit frustrating that i finished a day late for the hard badge because of stupidity like this.
