I bet the creator of this game had an evil laugh or two when he made these rediculous puzzles, I was able to solve about 20 of them myself, and the answer to 8 made the various refresh processes alot easier. I think the the puzzles 16 and 25 were a bit unfair to people who only had keyboard, speakers, and mouse. And finally, 24 didn't make any sense at all, nor did the answer to it. 4/5
Wait a second... It says that chuck norris was darth vaders father in 3 seperate facts, and several other of it's facts are repeated, do you just add on facts without looking at them?
I took Undershadows advice and only upgraded the main building, and with my raw skill, I got the following results:
Rank: High General
Score: 104,321
Diehard - Platinum: 5352 missles endured
Guardian - Platinum: 2295 total kills
Moneybags - Platinum: 10462 resources saved
Marksmanship - Platinum: 151% accuracy
Combo - Platinum: 107 hits in a row
Surgical - Silver: 222 missles disabled
Deadeye - Gold: 378 perfect hits
I later got that extra 22 perfect hits and won the world domination badge. :)
If you made more levels, actually put some effort into the writing on your "you win" and "you lose" slides, and and put some of the other bells and whistles like music and moving parts to the maze then you might actually have something good, but until then, 1/5.
My personal best is one game I played about a month ago, I got 96000 points, the rank of something like rear admiral, and all but 3 medals platinum. I've been trying to beat that record ever since.
My Apocalypse strategy is to build 5 ion cannons and 3 bunkers on the top row first thing, then make a few econ centres, then split your budget between the two until all your cannons are upgraded and you have something like 6 upgraded econ centres, then fill the bottom row with missle silos, then when they are upgraded, start saving for planetary shields, after they are up, start the anti missle research, the build 4 anti missle turrets, then just sit back and wait for the boss ship with the death laser. When that final ship comes, remember to Always build a fresh missle silo when the ship destroys one of your buildings, because it WILL take at least a dozen of them. If all goes well, then you will have beaten Apocalypse mode, I did!
13 is the hardest, but the conventional strategy will win it. Just never battle the enemy head on, always attack the weak cells, atack with ussually half your cells, never amass a large group, the red will just destroy it, and with any luck the balance will slowly tip into your favor.
Awesome game. I beat it in roughly an hour by concentrating on strength and minorly on speed, and by just spreading across the screen as fast as possible, it's horribly effective.
