well it kinda was until people got bored and started hacking the game also i meant missingo as the nickname given to this once complete pokemon that was suposed to appear in the game until the idea was scrapped including the bird types of pokemon those were replaced with flying types so they could put in more types of pokemon in the gme so yea to clear up missingo i meant as a nickname
