I mean actions like donating to the poor and such stuff. That shouldn't be random, since it's not like a clone will randomly spawn and give the poor $10,000 :P
It adds daily income of 1000 , but in the next versions i want to add an entertaiment feature where buildings like cinema,restaurant and shopping mall will find their uses.

I think that you should make the upgrades follow each other up, either from cheapest to most expensive or a more expensive upgrade of the same sort when we click one..
