Yes it does, I use firefox. I'm not sure what the issue is. Maybe you have a script blocking addon or jQuery isn't working for you, but I assure you it does work on firefox with adblock.
Whoops, forgot to say WHAT doesn't work for me. The game only shows me: 'Game over, you won'. I don't think that I won yet, since I just started. It makes me proud, though.
I'd recommend adding more heroes for clicking (although I don't know if there is more than one, since I've only passed level 35 multiple times and the maximum level boss we get to own is level 100).
The hits look quite random, so could you please include the hit range? I don't think that that's really hard to make if you can make a whole game, right?
