some ideas: guns have limited magazine, color properties can be saved as "favorite color properties" Npc or property for a doll - attacks another doll. headgear - hair for a doll.
add other type of blood (lines, squares rings and others) color of blood.
setting if enabled ragdoll will broke in bodyparts if it gets hit alot,
