Big learning curve, a lot of options, menus. But after understanding the basic options a whole new world of possibilities opens up. For sure not a game for anyone. But if it happens to be the game for you. It's one of the most interesting games on kongregate. You will spend years playing it.
The game got too easy too soon. I have like 300 planets. From which i only need to build on like ~15 to get the necessary resources. That wouldn't be too bad if the enemies weren't so easy also. I am having a hard time finding any planets that give me any trouble beating. i only have tier 3 ships.
Make the planets harder to get so we actually have to build more buildings to get better ships to try and get more.
I think each zone should be a certain difficulty. There are many solar systems that have 1 difficult planet and then everything else is extremely easy. Id love to see galaxies that are over all more difficult and harder to get. Next and next galaxy is harder than the last one.
Also a great thing would be much more ships per fight. flying my 500 cruisers to try and kill 500 enemies. Maybe keep the ~4 slots but each slot can have more than one ship in them. So if i for example have 500 cruisers in one slot that slot would just deal 500x cruiser damage, so its easy to create.
Indeed I think I nerfed the difficulty too much several updates ago. But if you want to give yourself a challenge, just look for quadsolar systems with high difficulty level (distance from home is the most important factor) and attempt to conquer big planets.
Each map could also have difficulty mode anywhere from easy,med,hard to literally 2x.4x,8x hp,dmg,reward boosts.
\Maybe some long term permanent bonuses for raiders. Like killing a raid boss has a chance to drop something that will give all +50% stats and just make enemies harder so you have to raid to keep progressing
Base healing also needs to be improved. Also the option to send raiders to battle without having full health. Waiting for everyone to get full hp at this rate is very tedious.
Healing should be 10x the attack or level it looks like no matter what lvl they are they heal the same. Which gets very useless when you have thousands of hp
I intended the healing to be improved in other ways, but you're right, my current thinking is that I need to at least increase it somewhat with the level of the priest. Will probably be part of one of the next updates.
armor can go to 100% and above.. at 100 you receive no damage and above 100 you start healing yourself. Also above 100% the hp doesnt stop at max hp but keep growing so the hp bar start expanding so you then have lets say 200/100hp
Also a few extra suggestions. 1. Crafting items should stack. Having a full inv with thous things is just a bit annoying :D 2. Some idle features like auto use spells, auto drink potions, auto craft, auto stats, auro craft mana potions. Add a list to auto sell. What items i want to auto sell like helmets,feathers etc. Also quality auto sell blue/rare/leg. 3. 5 Slot (1 of each item) inventory bar where you can manually or even auto sort highest stats items. To make it easier to find the right ones for crafting.. 4. Item upgrades. Like +1 +2 +3 (maybe no limit?). Blacksmith can maybe be upgraded with crafting materials or some other way that isn't too easy to get. Each upgrade would increase the % to upgrade your item. 5. Item merging. Lets say a 2500 and 2700 (same quality) staff would make a 2900 staff. Uses either gold or crafting materials.
Guess that's all that comes to mind right now.
Great game ! :) I play a lot of idle games. This is surely a top 10. I have a few suggestions. 1. "pets" should be a little cheaper so they earn atleast the same amount of money they cost, maybe the first 3 or so. 2. Rat bosses, There is a small chance you will find a boss rat. That could appear to the right of the regular ones. You can attack it or ignore it. It will dissapear lets say in 5 mins. 3. Mana should regen. 4. More different items (rings,necklace etc) 4. more or cheaper inv slots. 5. Should be able to view what a spell/ pet does before you have the req for it.
Great game. 1. Not sure if intended but stuff is overlaying on my screen. The bonus/sell all is all on top of mining drill instead of to the side. 2. Prices of upgrades should have , in them. So instead of 15147465163 it is 15,147,465,163. For easy reading. 3. Would be great if there was feature to calculate how much a upgrade will benefit you or even a price/bonus. 4. What does luck do ? Higher chance to find diamond? Higher chance to mine more stuff ? 5. As a idle game it would be cool if it had Auto sell/Autobuy (-50% profit)
