I don't really like the change that made pawns move and attack across their whole three spaces. I really liked the chess theme, but changing the moving rules of the pieces isn't as appealing. As a side note, you should consider having a mode that uses Shogi pieces for an alternate moveset, I think it could be a very interesting variant.
It seems like the art quality (which is great, aside from the awkward pose of our protagonist) was focused on to the detriment of interesting gameplay. Honestly, this is a very bare idle game.

I'm disappointed, to be honest, and suggest that anyone interested in a better way to waste time on something similar play "Brogue" which this game appears to be based on.
Hey mind telling me what level you made it to? Did you make it to the levels where you need to navigate based on the other blocks and use them to collect the orbs etc? Only the first few levels rely on the users reflex's alone.
As for the tag of puzzle, like I said only the first few levels rely on reflex's alone but if you still don't believe the game is not a puzzle game you can vote down the tag here

Found all 25 endings. Could definitely be continued, but still fairly amazing as is. I would've appreciated a good ending where Faith and the character didn't fall of the cliff, and defeated God. I wanted a truly happy ending, in other words. I know, cliche.
