dropped to 1/5, the building system is a joke, you have to pay in order to enqueue, and now i found out that if you have 2 cities, you share the build list, so you can build ONLY one building on ONE city at a time, What the hell were they thinking when they made that!!
i dont see a way to get all the fame needed on the first year. you dont get fame for quests or errands, so basically you have to sell all your students just to barelt make it
