I didn’t do anything special, my dear ^^ my ranger is level 60 and that’s all! and I don’t believe that I’ll train him more…
Just keep killing (allies or ennemies), have (a lot of) patience and you’ll reach lvl 100… well… good luck O_o have you so much time to do this? ^^’’
