Hey I just thought it would be worth mentioning that I don’t think you should worry about the whole dodge edge-running cheat so much. Sure, people talk about it in the comments a lot but I would say they’re just a very vocal minority. Most people (myself included) enjoyed dodge because it is fun, sleek, and innovative. I would guess that this is true for the vast majority of people who played the game.
The problem with reviews is that people are much more likely to point out things that bother them/make them feel better than programmers than to point out things they like. So I’d say don’t stress so much about what they say, because they certainly couldn’t turn out anything like what you can. For your first game (I’m guessing it is?), this is great work. Enjoy your success!
I’m sorry, you’re totally right, hacking is stupid. I tried it because I couldn’t win the game, and I don’t even deserve the points I got for winning. I’m sorry, and I won’t ever hack again. All I ask is your forgiveness, thanks.
I really like your game, but you might want to put a kill counter near the multiplier or something, that would be very useful for people (like me) who are trying to get the Hard badge.
Excellent game. I love dodging games, so one where I actually got hit, even if it was only near the end, impressed me to no end. I shall soon be trying to get through the entire thing without being hit. Very good, very addictive game. One of the few good dodge games. Congrats, you made my favourites list.
