Clicked on how to play and it started the game... bit of a bug. Finished that part and thought that I was ready to play the game, when i already did it.
There was definitively a point when I was playing this that I felt there was too little direction, but once I figured out where to go, the game was much better. I really do think it would be good to have hints if the player doesn't collect anything for a certain amount of time (or just a hint button). It suffers from a lack of direction, but the game is nearly perfect, so 5/5. I am also experiencing the bug where upon loading, the map is blank again.
Thanks =)

The only fault I find with these tutorials (so far) is that there is no reminder to comment your code. I always thought that was essential when I was learning programming.
If you are making a large game, then comments indeed can help out. Personally, I always found commenting annoying (I minored in computer programming in college) since I used names that allowed me to simply remember what each behavior did. It IS essential though for collaboration projects (so that your partner quickly knows what each part does).
Fun at first, but VERY boring after about wave 10. Maybe if I were into women, I would make myself bored enough to play 30 waves - but it's not worth it for the game.
The tone of this game is horrible, why would a bunch of videogamers want to play a game about hitting a geek? Also, the newest character is terrible fan-service.
