YEs, You have only one drone. It described in the perk's description. I can not make numerical selection for guns because there are 13 guns and only 10 numbers
Some units has abilty to catch you and slow down your movement. Unstoppable perk gives you ability to ignore their abilty to slow down, but doesn't protect you from their damage

I tried to fix it, but my patience gave out, beacuse hte game compiled ~15 minutes on my old pc :)

There is separate check. So if you have 70% dodge and 28% matrix, the probability that both perks will work at the same time is 0.7 * 0.28 = 0.196. So in ~ 20% of checks there is 98% chance that you dodge melee atack. In other cases - only 70% or 28%

"Repair drone only healt me when it felt liek it and half the time its circkelt the base and dident heal me or the base" repair drone also repair base sometimes

it's not a bug . It means you've found a high-level item "Missile pack". It allows you to shoot with current weapon and with bonus Rocket launcher at the same time for some seconds.
