i love "real money" poker as much as i hate "fake money" poker.
i will never understand why people play this kind of poker. it's absolutely not the same as "real money" poker. It's more like "bingo". People just randomly bet and raise and go all-in, hope to catch a three of a kind on the flop, or a straight... people think they understand poker, they know poker by playing these games. oooh boy i would like to play ALL of them in real cash games :)
when i started the game, i lol'ed at "learn poker". Right, what is there to learn. Please remove all instructions and just add "go all in every hand, if you loose, buy chips with your money and continue going all in". :D
ok... here is an idea...
since the game almost always works fine on the website, but not on Kong,
i suggest transferring accounts to the website. I'd even pay a small fee for that. The game is pretty new on the Kong website, but there are already several frustrated people about the game. It's kind of really really annoying to have these kinds of situations once or twice a week. The game already has a steady "fanbase" here, you should not dissapoint them. Either work on the re-occuring problem, or just transfer accounts to your website-server.
cause this is frustrating (yes, i repeat frustrating ALOT since it is!!).
So this is my two cents, move accounts to your website for a fee. :/

Hi MorphX, I'm sorry about the previous login problems. Our engineer has already changed a new code for the entries in order to fix it permanently just now. So hopefully the previous problem will never happen again.

WHAT IS THIS??? EVERY F*CKING WEEK THE SERVERS GO DOWN FOR HOURS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! SO MANY TIMES WE ALREADY WAITED MORE THEN 24 HOURS, WE GET NO COMPENSATION! YOU PROMISE BUT NEVER FULFILL IT! THE GAME IS FUN, IT KEEPS ME BUSY, BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT MORE STABILITY. AT LEAST POST SOMETHING NOW AND THEN, SAYING "WE ARE BUSY FIXING THE PROBLEM". OR F*CKING REMOVE IT!
