Bloons Tower Defense 4	Nov. 23, 2010 Rating: -5 @ pwner223, uhh, hate to break it to you, but you do have to pay for last upgrade, you level up enough to UNLOCK it, then you buy the upgrade for your tower with a large sum of money (17000 for last super monkey upgrade). I'm lvl 65 on 1 comp, so i know what i'm talkin' bout.
