It should be top priority on each update Developer response from LorddirtGt It's a visual glitch, the upgrades are already 'upgraded' but it says Lv 1 still. I'm fixing the visual glitch now... Holyday City	May. 02, 2015 Rating: 0 Karuku, fee/second is 1/10 of money/second, so its not really that usefull. I saw somewhere, that the devs stated this. Might have changed, but its roughly around that number
