sometimes the bunkers move it is a graphical glitch so the protection is still in the same place if im correct so it you move your mouse on the original place where the bunker wasit should turn transparent.
on level 30 to get it into the top pipe make the power level the bar of the arrow not the point and make the bottom right corner of the point touuch the picture of the mountain.
