For max level-age, plop one guy in there with a bunch of speed and life. He'll hog all the resources for himself (there IS nobody else, after all) and get a pretty darn high level.
If your cursor glitched through the red in the avoidance game and into the black text, would you stay alive if you miraculously stayed in that black text? o.o

If you just pick a decor piece in your budget (or out, I haven't tried) and put it in a room that doesn't take decor (e.g. cafeteria), it gives you the objective for free! :D
