Much better than the original. Longer and more challenging, so now I actually get stuck on and struggle to beat a level rather than hitting the end and going, "That's it?" 5/5
I can't help but see some sort of deeper meaning in how, as the last unlockable mode, we have to disobey the game that otherwise encourages obedience. I know that's BS, but still.
I don't think this gained anything from being revisited. The rearrangement of the order of events accomplished nothing. And people aren't morons. Almost everyone 'got' it the first time. That doesn't mean some bits of gameplay are any less ridiculously frustrating, to the point where almost anyone would smash their computer in frustration. Gotta meet the player half-way, man.
I'm not that bad of a gamer, but it took me just short of twenty minutes to beat that level with the moving pound signs. I'm trying to beat it the second time now, and not looking forward to it. Enough to make most people stop playing.
So, some chick get's hit by a car, then rises as a ghost and follows her murderer. She finds a camp of random drunkards who either play a weird numbers game or share the number of people they've killed (really?). Dead Chick summons a bunch of other ghosts, and they magically bring the trees to life. The police then evidently CALL ONE OF THEIR BLOODY CELLPHONES. Then they show up, arrest everyone, and the ghosts fly off.
Thrilling plot my ass.
Someone should remake this; good potential.
If ya do, make it so the bosses don't blow stuff up too. Makes it impossible to blow anything up since it'll only let one chain be going at any given time.
