How do people get 111 starts , I finished all the levels on hard and I have 108. Am I missing a secret level or something?

Or you could have an "auto-save" file that can't be overwritten by a manual save . Like you would have to choose between load auto-saved game or load any saved file when you die

To the developper : When you die , you should respawn at the last visited station and not have to reload a saved game. Because I did a wrong manipulation and saved my game in a bad position, amidst foes. So I couldn't load the game without dying the next moment and had to start all over again.
