Absolutely epic. A real challenge, which is rare these days. Insta-death spikes are great. Seriously has the retro arcade game feel, without ripping them off. All I'd like to see is more classes, and possibly a re-balancing of the classes (Gunman is currently the strongest, as he has indirect attack abilities).
Yeah, a lot of flash games have the issue where the keyboard will stop accepting input when you use the mouse is specific ways. I think maybe double clicking?
Pretty decent once you get the hang of it, and understand how the guy moves. But it gets boring unfortunately quickly. 135 floors up, and it just got uninteresting.
Now if you added a few more sorts of tiles and some control of our hero, then we'd have a fun game to work with.
A bit too easy. I didn't get hit until the boss of level 5. And only died once through the game. Other than than, it's a pretty solid game. The money ramp felt good, and the powerups are mostly fun.
The entire game boils down to the question "How many petals do you have?" and the answer eventually becomes, not enough. Definitely needs a little more work.
Kind'a leaves you with a weird feeling, like everything's okay. It took me about 20 mins to figgure out what I was supposed to do though, then the rest solved itself. For anyone confused by it, nothing really happens on the surface of any of the planets. The atmosphere's the place to be.
