What i have read in the tutorial is that you have to have no marks on the "tape", i let a robot with no marks on through and i lose.. your tutorials need to be re-done.
To those wanting to know where card key 9 is, get to the part with loads of electric bolts and fly downwards, trust me its pretty darn hard but once you get it you can get the puppy.
