how about a prestiage system to make it easier to kill things later on, maybie make divisions that give bonuses like... +900 starting cash. and the prestiage system (I dunno how to spell) would work as if it would give like a 20% bonus for the first prestiege level, and 30% bonus for the second

you should add sand, because sugar cane grows faster on sand, it should GREATLY increase sugar cane production

... since when can stone pickaxes mine diamonds?
