can we get a little explanation about ascend upgrades. A simple tool tip showing how the upgrades are affecting our progress and what they do. for instance zone X upgrade seems to upgrade the zone in some way but no information explains how and how much 1 point will do. I don't even know what level I am at only the cost of next level.
this game would have been so much more fun if you could have treated it like a rogue lite game. each time you fail you get more money and buy cooler features. by the end you could have aoe on each piece. maybe in the sequel you can do this
I have no idea what i just did. Got a degree at a top college and kept my dishwasher job and stayed living at my parents only to ascend with no help at all. Maybe you should rethink life after you leave your parents (If you have yet)
I've got my move speed to .3 and my fire right to .02 both are maxed. Blocks break through at level 50+ even though they are one hit kills. there also seems to be a memory leak as you play that level the game runs slower and slower. the AI that runs the shooter will pick the lowest block to shoot and if there are 3 blocks first is on one side second on the other side and 3rd is on the first side in a 3 1 2 configuration it will do 1 2 and 3 will get through your defence even though the block was closer to the gun... if you max out your turret speed blocks still get through, maybe there should be a splitter for a Y shot 2 more shots weaker than the main shot to get rid of white blocks.
hmm does autobuy only trigger on death? That seems to be the case. that would explain why it doesn't buy the last item in the list as offen. as soon as you prestige it buys the first item on your buy list then the second, then the third. by the time you get to the 5th it would only buy that if you had a bad run.
Autobuy broken? Autobuy worked really well with numbers of 16 or 25 but it seems to be totally broken when it hits 100+ numbers. right now i have 8807 points and it can buy a 4489 or a 2116. but it ignores them. just because my first number is above my points it seems to ignore the other 2.
priority should be xp armor damage everything else is useless. xp just to speed things up. armor because healing and hp are two stats, even though they might get you past a point. armor is a direct subtraction from damage. there is no point in putting points in hp or healing when you receive no damage. I really can't see a point in hp tanks and heals the way the game is made. each mob seems to consist of 2-5 members and the total damage is divided out between them. if they get past my armor i'm going to die anyway. so best to just keep leveling up till they can't.
the only viable strategy i can see at this time is to have one warrior with max armor and the rest max damage. if the mob can out damage max armor then multiple mobs will kill you anyway. after a few levels you will out armor the damage they do. therefore the only stats you have to worry about are armor, xp, and damage, in that order.
